Okrąglak is an intimate, historic Class A office building located in the very center, west of Poznan's Market Square. It is one of the most recognizable buildings in the city. This famous building is adjacent to Kwadraciak, with which it has a consistent, distinctive facade with windows set back from the outline of the block. The building has undergone extensive modernization and revitalization. After these works were completed, it regained its original splendor and became a modern office building. The interesting and timeless architecture, as well as the history of the site, make both buildings highly recognizable and an excellent landmark. Okrąglak has 10 floors above ground and offers about 7,000 sqm of total space. The area of a typical floor is about 730 sqm. The high standard of finishing, the use of environmentally friendly solutions and the possibility of flexible space arrangement ensure comfortable working conditions. Densely set, high windows optimally illuminate the interiors. The building has been certified under the BREEAM system, which confirms the use of energy-efficient building operation systems and means that the implemented solutions are friendly to people, the environment and corporate finances. Tenants have at their disposal retail and service premises, including a restaurant, a terrace on the top floor with a beautiful view of the city skyline, and above- and underground parking spaces. An additional advantage of the building is access to a wide range of attractions and amenities offered by the center of Poznań. Okrąglak is located in the Old Town between the Imperial Castle and the Royal Castle, adjacent to the Polish Theater and not far from the aforementioned Market Square, Galeria MM, parks and academic centers. The neighborhood is home to high-end office buildings, historic streets and townhouses. The location allows you to take full advantage of Poznan's retail, service, dining, cultural and hotel offerings. The vibrant center provides inspiration and motivation for action, and is also a place for business and social meetings. The location allows efficient access to the other districts, both by public transportation and your own means of transport. Numerous bus and streetcar stops are nearby. It takes about 8 minutes to get by car to Poznań Główny railroad station, and about 20 minutes to Poznań-Ławica Airport.
