Varso Place is a unique investment in the center of Warsaw, breaking height records and boasting a direct connection to the Central Railway Station. Once built, it will be one of the most prestigious locations not only for business, but also for residents and tourists. As part of the project, three buildings will be built, including a slender 310-meter high glass skyscraper (with an 80-meter spire) and two lower structures – 81-meter and 90-meter high. Varso I and Varso II are two twin cascading buildings, offering a total of approx. 75,000 sq m of modern office space for rent, with the highest standard of finish and flexible interior design options. The buildings will be connected by a shopping arcade on the ground floors, and an attractive public space will be created around with greenery encouraging to rest. Below the ground floor there will be a 3-level car park for over 1,100 cars and 750 bicycle spaces. The complex will be built on the border of Wola and Śródmieście districts, next to the aforementioned railway station and Złote Tarasy shopping center. The location enables efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transport. Nearby, there are numerous bus and tram stops, a bit further – the Rondo ONZ metro station (line 2) and the Centrum metro station (line 1). A drive to the Chopin Airport in Warsaw takes approx. 20 minutes. The location in the very center of the city allows you to take full advantage of the capital's retail, service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer.
