Two buildings in Warsaw's Varso Place complex have been awarded the "Barrier Free Facility" certificate. The distinction was awarded by the Integration Foundation for adapting the buildings for use by people with limited mobility.
The HB Reavis investment can boast an exceptional distinction. Two buildings, which are part of a three-building complex, have been certified by the Integration Foundation as "Object without Barriers." The Varso 1 and Varso 2 buildings stood out from other similar buildings due to the special adaptation of areas for free use by people with disabilities, as well as families with children and the elderly. As part of these measures, the Varso Place complex incorporated a number of amenities, such as slowing thresholds at pedestrian crossings, clear signage at the entrance and a special layout of the area to facilitate orientation.
Varso Place is a multifunctional facility that consists of three buildings. The complex offers a variety of spaces: hotel, office, retail and commercial. The tallest of the buildings reaches up to 310 meters thanks to its 80-meter spire, making it the tallest building in the European Union countries. The complex offers about 75,000 sqm of office space and many amenities for future tenants. These include underground parking, bicycle spaces and green zones right next to the building.
