The first office building with a charging station for electric scooters has been built in Warsaw. Innogy Poland is responsible for developing the project.
Innogy, an electricity company, has proposed the first modern solution for scooters in Warsaw. Varso Place, an office complex under construction at 73 Chmielna Street, has created the capital's first eFeeder electric scooter charging station. It will be powered by renewable energy, and access for tenants will be free.
The Varso Place complex is a mixed-use development consisting of three buildings. One of them climbs to a record height of 310 meters in the European Union. The complex offers a total of 140,000 sqm of space for offices, a hotel and retail and service units. Two of the buildings that make up Varso Place boast a unique distinction, the "Barrier-Free Facility" certificate, and the entire complex offers its tenants many other amenities, such as underground parking spaces and green zones around the buildings.
