Warsaw Financial Center is one of the prestigious A+ class skyscrapers located in the Central Business District and adjacent to the Palace of Culture and Science. It has 31 floors above ground and 71,000 sqm of total space, including 50,000 sqm of leasable space. The area of a typical floor is about 1,900 sqm. The office building was designed by an American studio and looks just like American skyscrapers from the 1930s. The architecture, height of the building and corner location make it recognizable and superbly exposed. The building offers attractive office space with a beautiful view of the Warsaw skyline. The high standard of finishes, the use of environmentally friendly solutions, the possibility of flexible space arrangement from individual offices to open space, as well as considerable glazing and optimal access to daylight, provide comfortable working conditions. At the base of the building is a multi-level parking garage, and on the first floor there are retail and service outlets, including a bank and a café. WFC is located on the border of the Śródmieście and Wola districts, vis a vis Swietokrzyski Park. The area is home to the aforementioned Palace of Culture and Science, the Zlote Tarasy shopping mall, many government institutions and high-end office buildings, as well as major transportation arteries. The neighborhood's proximity to banks, international companies, as well as hotels, theaters, stores, cafes and restaurants, creates an inspiring business environment. The bustling city center provides inspiration and motivation for action, and is also a place for business and social gatherings. The location allows efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transportation. Nearby are numerous bus and streetcar stops, Rondo ONZ metro line II station and Świętokrzyska station, where two subway lines intersect. It takes 2-3 minutes to get by car to the Warsaw Central railroad station, about 16 minutes to Warsaw Chopin Airport.
