Alstom Konstal has decided to extend its lease agreement for office space in Warsaw's WFC. The office building will house the company's headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe.
Alstom Konstal is a company dedicated to modern, intelligent and environmentally friendly mobility solutions. The company is part of the global Alstom company, and in Poland its best-known products are the carriages of the Warsaw metro. In 2020, the company decided to renew its lease in the Warsaw Financial Center office building. What's more, the building also houses Alstom Konstal's headquarters for Central and Eastern Europe, prompting the company to increase its leased space.
Warsaw Financial Center is a high-end office building located in the center of the capital at 53 Emilia Plater Street in the Central Business District. The office building climbs 31 floors above ground, providing the market with approximately 50,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, an underground parking garage and retail and service units are available to tenants.
