Spark is a complex of three buildings, which includes a 130-meter tower. Complex will offer approx. 70,000 sq m of office and retail space for rent. The two lower H-shaped buildings will have 9 above-ground storeys. Internal courtyards between the buildings will create a high-quality public space, friendly to local residents. The facility has been designed taking into account the needs of the disabled. Additionally, on the dedicated terrace of the first building, there will be beehives to be looked after by professional beekeepers. The office space will be distinguished by an open-air work zone and an amphitheater. The investment is carried out in several stages. In the first stage, C building will be built, offering approximately 12,300 sq m of leasable space and 86 parking spaces. The planned date of commissioning of the first stage is Q1 2018. B Building will offer approx. 17,000 sq m of rentable space, and A building – approx. 40,000 sq m. The complex will be built in Wola district, in the business center of the capital, near the main communication arteries in this part of the city. The location enables efficient access to other districts, both by public and private transport. Nearby, there are numerous bus and tram stops as well as the second metro line station – Rondo Daszyńskiego. A drive to the Warszawa Centralna railway station takes less than 10 minutes, and to Warsaw Chopin Airport – approx. 20 minutes.
