WELL certificate for Skanska's building

Big success for Skansa company. The company's next office building - building B of the Spark complex - has been awarded WELL Core&Shell certification at the Gold level.

Skansa can boast of an exceptional distinction. The company's next building, Building B of Warsaw's Spark complex, has received a Gold rating of the WELL Core&Shell certificate. This means that the office building is a conducive place to work and meets the demanding criteria for safety and comfort of the building's tenants.

Spark is a Warsaw complex of three office buildings located on Solidarności Street. The building provides approximately 70,000 sqm of office space. In addition, parking spaces and outdoor work areas are available to tenants. The building also has internal courtyards and many nature-friendly solutions. Among the tenants who have chosen Spark as their headquarters are UPC, PKO and INC Research.
