Q22 is a modern skyscraper in a great location – in the business centre of the capital. There are 52,000 m2 of office space to let and 347 underground parking spaces available for use by the tenants. The unique architecture is inter alia a 30-metre-high glass foyer and office space under a sloping glass roof. In close proximity, there are bus and tram stops, line II of metro station - Rondo ONZ and bike station Veturilo. The fact that it is situated in the city centre makes it easy to use all its attractions and amenities. In the area are many restaurants, hotels, banks, and shopping centres, including Złote Tarasy. A drive to the Central Station takes only a few minutes, to Fryderyk Chopin International Airport – about 20 minutes, and to the A2 motorway – about 25 minutes.
