Global Office Park is a prestigious, mixed-use complex of glass skyscrapers located in the city center next to the landmark Two Towers of Węglokoks. The complex has become a new icon of Katowice. It is a bold investment and the first of this scale in Silesia. It offers a total of more than 86,000 sqm of total space. Global Office Park consists of 2 office towers and 1 residential tower set on a common 5-story podium and 1 freestanding and much lower office building. This additional building stood opposite the 3 skyscrapers. It has 6 floors above ground and offers more than 4,000 sqm of total space. The area of a typical floor is about 733 sqm. The C office building, with its classic cuboid shape, is distinguished by a horizontal division of the facade every 2 floors and a rhythmic arrangement of windows high for the entire floor. The light-colored facade and glass panes look light and modern. Amenities for all users of the complex include dining, retail and service establishments located in the podium, as well as green relaxation zones and terraces, for which as much as almost 2.3 thousand sqm of space has been allocated. The high standard of finishing of the attractive office space, the use of environmentally friendly solutions, the possibility of flexible space arrangement, as well as considerable glazing and optimal access to daylight, provide exceptionally comfortable working conditions. The building is certified under the BREEAM system, which confirms that the implemented solutions are friendly to people, the environment and corporate finances. Tenants have above- and underground parking spaces at their disposal, along with extensive infrastructure for cyclists. Global Office Park is located in Downtown, close to all the city's landmarks. The area includes the Market Square, Silesia City Center and Katowice's Spodek, among others, and there is no shortage of high-end office complexes. The location allows you to take full advantage of the city's retail, service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer. The location allows efficient access to other districts, both by public and private transport. Nearby bus and streetcar stops, as well as train and bus stations. Access by car to Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa takes about 2 minutes, to Katowice Główne / Galeria Katowicka railroad station and to A4 highway - about 6 minutes, to Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice - about 40 minutes.
