STX Next's debut in Katowice. The company opens an office in Global Office Park

A new tenant is moving into the Global Office Park complex. STX Next is making its debut in Katowice, Poland and establishing its new headquarters in Building C of the modern, multi-functional building complex.

The Polish company STX Next is a broad-based IT company that mainly develops software in the Python language. It was founded in 2005 and has so far been present in Poznań, where the company's headquarters are located, as well as in Gdańsk, Łódź, Wrocław and Piła. Now STX Next has decided to make its debut on the Katowice market as well. To this end, a lease agreement has been signed in one of the buildings in the Global Office Park complex. The company's new headquarters will occupy more than 160 sqm of office space in Building C.

The Global Office Park C building is one of the buildings that are part of a larger, mixed-use complex. The three buildings, which provide a total of about 55,200 sqm of space, are connected by one common podium reaching five stories. Two towers serve as offices, while the third provides space for residential units. Tenants are provided with above- and below-ground parking spaces for cars and bicycle facilities. The building has also achieved BREEAM certification.
