Wrocław's Nobilis Business House with a new tenant

Duco, a data processing company, has opened its new office in Wroclaw. It has chosen the Nobilis Business House office building and its flexible City Space as its headquarters.

Duco is an international provider of data processing solutions and services. The company and its employees have been in Wroclaw since 2018, and now they have expanded their operations with a new office. They have chosen the modern City Space offices located in the Nobilis Business House office building as their headquarters.

Nobilis Business House is a high-end modern office building located on Mikołaja Reja Street in Wrocław. The building offers approximately 17,000 sqm of leasable space spread over 6 floors above ground. A number of pro-environmental and people-friendly solutions have been applied in the building, which has been confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. In addition, the office building has above- and underground parking spaces, infrastructure for cyclists and an internal courtyard.
