Sky Garden - a new development in Szczecin

Work is underway on the redevelopment of the former Television office building. It will be replaced by a new development that will provide office and residential space.

A new development owned by Idea - Inwest Sp. z o. o. is currently underway in the largest park in downtown Szczecin. The development will be called Sky Garden and is being built on the site of the former Television office building. Sky Garden will provide Class A office space to the local market, which will amount to about 2,400 sqm. The building will also include apartments and retail and service space.

Sky Garden in Szczecin is a modern, mixed-use development that is rated as one of the largest and most attractive developments in the city in recent times. After redevelopment, it will provide a total of about 14,000 spaces to the local market. According to plans, the building is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in early 2023. An underground garage hall for cars will be available to tenants.
