Emerson, which employs more than 800 people in Poland, has decided to change its headquarters. Its new office will be located in Warsaw's Konstruktorska Business Center skyscraper, where it will occupy more than 4,000 sqm of space.
Emerson provides advanced technology and automation services. Founded in 1890 in St. Louis, Missouri, it is now a global leader in technology solutions. The company, which employs more than 800 people in Poland, has decided to change its headquarters. The Konstruktorska Business Center office building was chosen as its location, where Emerson will occupy more than 4,000 sq. m. of space. The contract has been signed for 10 years, and the move to the new office is scheduled for July 2021.
The Konstruktorska Business Center office building is located in Warsaw's Mokotów district and offers more than 45,000 sqm of leasable office space. In addition to it, the skyscraper also houses a kiosk, a café, a gym and a restaurant. The building also provides 1,000 parking spaces located in an underground garage. During the construction of the office building, a number of solutions were used, which positively affect the environmental performance of the building, as well as the comfort of the people working in it, as confirmed by the BREEAM certificate awarded to the building with a rating of Very good.
