Malachowski Square has gone into the hands of Generali Real Estate. The deal was finalized by White Star Real Estate and Europa Capital, on behalf of the GEIH fund of the Generali Group. The office building offers modern spaces of A-class standard, integrated into the revitalized Count Raczynski townhouse. The building is located between the center of Warsaw and the Old Town, next to Saski Park and Piłsudski Square. Its tenants include the law firm K&L Gates, CVC Capital Partners and the Solski Communication agency. The first floor features retail and service establishments, and two restaurants will open soon. The building's success is evidenced by the fact that it is more than 90 percent commercialized.
