Wronia 31 is a modern 15-level office block located in the vicinity of Warsaw Spire. The building offers 15,000 m2 of office space to let, as well as 850 m2 of trade and service space. The project envisages a passage connecting the office block with a European square - a unique business and public space surrounded by greenery and fountains. On the 7th floor of the building is planned a large viewing terrace. High standard of finish and significant glazing and optimum access to natural daylight, will provide comfort at work. At the disposal of tenants, there is an underground car park with space for about 200 cars, as well as developed infrastructure for cyclists including 54 parking spaces. The office block will be built in Warsaw's Wola district in the prestigious Central Business District, close to the Palace of Culture and Science, and Złote Tarasy shopping centre. The location allows efficient access to other parts of the city, via public and private transport. There are numerous bus and tram stops nearby and the Rondo Daszyńskiego underground station (line 2). A drive to the Central Station takes only 5 minutes, and to Warsaw Chopin Airport - about 20 minutes. The position in the strict centre of the city allows full use of the capital’s offers – trade and service, gastronomic, cultural, and hotel industry. The building will be put into use in June 2017.
