The University Business Park complex consists of 2 buildings offering a total of more than 37,000 sqm of modern office space with the highest standard of finishes. Glazed facades provide excellent interior lighting. In the first phase of the project, 18,500 sqm was made available to tenants for offices in the University Business Park I building. There are 300 parking spaces in the underground parking lot.
