The Textorial Park development consists of 3 renovated and remodeled buildings offering a total of nearly 12,000 sq.m. of rentable space, of which 4,300 sq.m. is in Building C. The office buildings are connected by a glass atrium. The complex has a modern conference center, a restaurant, a bank, a fitness club and 237 parking spaces. Textorial Park is the third investment in Poland to win the BREEAM In-Use certificate. The complex is part of the Lodz Special Economic Zone, and is located in the center of Lodz, within the Księży Młyn factory complex. Piłsudskiego Avenue, one of the city's main thoroughfares, runs nearby. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the Wladyslaw Reymont Airport by car. The location allows convenient access to public transportation.
