SOHO FACTORY block 58 is a two-level building with separate rooms, bathrooms and a large room on the first floor. Each level is about 380 m2 of office space to let, and the first floor has a small entresol with an area of 35 m2. The object is located in the Soho Factory complex, which includes revitalised industrial buildings adapted to the tenants’ needs.
