Koliber is an intimate office building, which has 4 above-ground storeys and offers approx. 1,270 sq m of total space. Average floor plate is 633 sq m. The office building is distinguished by an interesting, white and black facade with a large hummingbird graphic on the front wall, which makes it highly recognizable.
