About Kamienica 5 office

Kijowska 5 is a historic building of 1873 which has undergone revitalisation in order to be turned into an office. The object is the first phase of implementation of a unique investment - Kijowska, which consists of a total of three buildings with office, retail and residential functions. The office building offers about 2,000 m2 of office space to let. The possibility of interior arrangement to be agreed with tenants. The ground floor is partly intended for a service facility. The building has round-the-clock protection and monitoring. There are above-ground and underground parking spaces, available for use by the tenants. The tenement is located in the Praga Północ district, near the PGE Narodowy and major thoroughfares in this part of the city. The closeness of the bridges provides good connections to the districts of left-bank Warsaw. The location allows efficient access to other parts of the city, via public and private transport.
