Face2Face Business Campus is a complex of modern office buildings located in the vicinity of Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa, which cuts through the center of Katowice and at the same time connects the cities of the Silesian agglomeration. The office buildings have 7 to 14 floors above ground and offer almost 46,800 sqm of total space, of which office space is about 44,800 sqm. The rhythmic divisions on the facades, determined by densely set and floor-high windows, create the timeless character of the complex. The classic architecture, the momentum of the investment and the prestigious location make the building recognizable and perfectly exposed. The second phase of the project saw the construction of the taller of the office buildings. It has 14 above-ground floors and more than 26,100 sqm of total space, of which office space is about 25,200 sqm. The high standard of finishes, the use of environmentally friendly solutions confirmed by the BREEAM certificate, the possibility of flexible interior design, as well as considerable glazing and optimal access to daylight, ensure comfortable working conditions. Ground and underground parking spaces are available to tenants. The idea behind the investment was to create a space dedicated to meetings, exchange of ideas and cooperation. The complex is intended to serve work-related purposes, but also to integrate employees and encourage active recreation. The layout of the buildings delineates the boundaries of the inner courtyard, which includes a playground, fountain, green recreational areas with elements of small architecture. An additional advantage of the complex is the panoramic view of the city. Face2Face Business Campus is located in Downtown, not far from the bustling Market Square. The area is home to high-class office buildings, the Silesia City Center shopping mall and, a little further away, Katowice's Spodek. The location allows efficient access to other parts of the city, both by public and private transport. Nearby bus and streetcar stops and an extensive road network. It takes about 5 minutes to get by car to the Katowice Główne / Galeria Katowicka railroad station, less than 10 minutes to the A4 highway, and about 35 minutes to the Katowice Airport in Pyrzowice.
