In the first phase of the Euro Office Park project, 3 buildings are under construction, which will contain about 20,000 sq.m. of office space. Interiors built on an open space plan will allow for any arrangement of rooms. The buildings will feature ecological heating technologies and individually controlled air conditioning to increase working comfort. Tenants will have at their disposal a bicycle room with showers, a relaxation room, a room for nursing mothers and modernly equipped conference rooms. The Euro Office Park office complex is being built about 7 km from the center of Gdansk, in the Jasień district, between Leszczynowa, Kartuska and Armii Krajowej streets. Nearby are bus stops enabling convenient connections to other parts of the city. The location by the WZ route, 2 km from the Tri-City ring road, allows fast communication within the agglomeration.
