Podwale Office Center is a modern office building located in the northeastern part of the city, close to national road 92 leading from Warsaw towards Berlin. The office building is the result of the reconstruction of a post-production facility and consists of two blocks of different heights. It has up to 4 floors above ground and offers about 13,500 sqm of total space. The area of a typical floor is about 3,000 sqm. The high standard of finishing, the use of environmentally friendly solutions and the possibility of flexible space arrangement provide comfortable working conditions.
