Axis is a modern, very attractive and green office and service building located in a great area. It has 9 above-ground storeys and offers approx. 20,200 sq m of total space. Average floor plate is 2 400 sq m. The building has received the highest level of LEED Platinum certification. The design of the office building was inspired by Scandinavian architecture – simple and timeless. The first two storeys are fully glazed to add lightness to the structure. The upper floors are separated by white, clear, horizontal stripes. The building's recognition is enhanced by an asymmetrical indentation in the front wall. An important convenience is the nearby revitalized square, with a fountain, hammocks and a playground for children.
