Alchemia is a prestigious, multifunctional office complex located in the northwestern part of the city. It is counted among the most advanced and innovative projects in the country. Tenants have at their disposal a patio with a garden on the third floor, full infrastructure for cyclists and 400 parking spaces inside the building. The Alchemia complex is located on the border of the Oliwa and Przymorze districts, adjacent to the University of Gdansk. The area is home to the Olivia Sports Hall, modern office buildings, big-box stores, amusement parks and two shopping centers: Olivia and Alfa Centrum. The location allows you to take full advantage of Gdansk's retail, service, gastronomic, cultural, entertainment and hotel offer. The location allows efficient movement, both by public and private transport. Nearby bus stops and the railroad station Gdansk Przymorze - University. It takes about 15 minutes by car to reach the Gdansk Główny railroad station, less than 20 minutes to reach the Gdansk Airport.
