Wroclaw's Faculty of Pharmacy will become an office building

Renovation of the Faculty of Pharmacy building of the Wroclaw Medical University is currently underway. The former university building will house modern offices for rent.

The former university building - the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical Academy in Wroclaw - is undergoing major changes. Renovation works are currently underway in the facility. Once they are completed, the building will house modern offices offering space with the highest standard of finish. The office space will from now on operate in the local market under the name L'UNI.

L'UNI is a Wroclaw office building that was built on the site of the former Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical Academy. It will offer high-end work space, which will amount to about 3,500 sqm. Tenants will also have service premises and conference rooms at their disposal, and there are also plans to glaze the building's top floor. The modernization project was designed by the Maćków architectural studio, and Oz-Bud was appointed general contractor.
