Boehringer Ingelheim is a multinational company operating in the pharmaceutical industry, providing modern medicinal products in both the medical and veterinary fields. The company has just become a new tenant of Wrocław's Centrum Południe facility, where the company's employees will move in at the beginning of 2022. The new tenant will have about 2,800 sqm of high-end office space at its disposal.
Centrum Południe is a Wroclaw office complex consisting of five buildings located on Powstańców Śląskich Street in close proximity to one of the most recognizable buildings in the city - Sky Tower. The complex reaches a total of 85,000 sqm of total space. In addition, the building offers underground car parking, electric vehicle charging stations and many facilities for cyclists. The complex also has green areas and trails where tenants can relax or work outdoors.
