The recently completed Central Point office building in Warsaw is moving into its first tenant. Law firm Wolf Theiss is opening its new headquarters there.
The investment of the Belgian company Immobel, which was responsible for the creation of the new office building in Warsaw - Central Point - has been officially completed. Once the building is commissioned, tenants can already move in. The first of them is the Wolf Theiss law firm, which has decided to locate its new headquarters on the fourth and fifth floors of the office building, thus occupying about 1,500 sqm of working space and 150 sqm of terrace space.
Central Point is a recently completed Warsaw office building that offers about 20,000 sqm of leasable space. The building has reached a height of almost 90 meters and is one of the more recognizable buildings in the city. In addition, the office building features an underground garage hall for cars, facilities for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. Numerous green terraces also add to its attractiveness, and the building has been awarded a BREEAM Excellence certificate.
