Warsaw's Witosa Point office building is currently being occupied by POLAND Totalbud. As in most modern offices, the first floor accommodates retail and service businesses. One floor accommodates 140 employees in an open-space arrangement. In consideration of pregnant women, a station for nursing mothers has been made. The total usable area is 9,200 square meters. During the construction, the developers used high-barriers, which are normally used in the construction of bridges and viaducts.
