West 4 Business Hub headquarters for IT company

Wrocław's West 4 Business Hub has gained a new tenant. Sii Polska, a steadily gaining IT services provider, has decided to establish its headquarters there.

Sii Polska, a company operating in the IT services industry, has decided to change its headquarters in Wroclaw. It has chosen the newly built complex of Echo Investment investor West 4 Business Hub for its office. Sii Polska has taken 3,500 sqm of space in the first building belonging to this office complex. The space has been specially adapted to the needs and requirements of the new tenant.

West 4 Business Hub is a Wroclaw office complex that will eventually consist of several buildings with a total leasable area of about 80,000 sqm. The first phase of the project was completed in August 2020, delivering about 15,500 sqm of space to the market. The building is distinguished by the use of eco-friendly solutions and high-end office space. In addition, above- and underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists are available to tenants.
