The new certification system is a unique distinction for the building and its investor. WELL v2 Core evaluates special attention to the well-being, health, comfort and safety of people using the facility.
Warsaw UNIT is a modern Warsaw office building located on Daszyńskiego Street in Wola. The high-end office space of the building, which was completed this year, is approximately 57,000 sqm, with space for retail and service establishments. In addition, the office building has above-ground and underground parking spaces for cars. In addition to the WELL v2 Core pre-certification, the building has the distinction of being certified by the International WELL Building Institute and the Green Building Standard, among others.
