The Warsaw UNIT skyscraper recently received an exceptional distinction. The building was evaluated as one of the safest buildings in the world and received the WELL Health-Safety Rating certification. Among other things, the ventilation and plumbing systems were evaluated. Also checked in detail were all the solutions used to limit the spread of similar hazards to COVID-19. The presence of UV lamps in the building to disinfect the air and space, as well as the water quality testing system, also earned recognition.
Warsaw UNIT is a modern office building that provides about 55,000 sqm of space to the local market. It has been located in Warsaw on Pańska Street near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout. It also provides tenants with above- and underground parking spaces, spread over 10 floors. In addition to the aforementioned certificate, the building has many other distinctions, including the International WELL Building Institute and the Green Building Standard.
