WELL Core & Shell certificate with Gold rating for Wave office building from Gdansk, Poland

One of Gdansk's office buildings can boast a unique distinction that no building in the Tri-City has yet received. The Wave building has received WELL Core & Shell certification at the Gold level.

The Wave office building is one of Skanska's most modern office buildings in Gdansk. It has recently been awarded a unique certificate due to the amenities and solutions it uses to promote the comfort, safety and well-being of its employees. Wave received a Gold rating in the WELL Core & Shell certification. This is the first such high award for an office building not only in the Tri-City area, but also in the entire country outside of Warsaw. The building also holds the LEED Core & Shell environmental certification at the Platinum level.

Wave is a modern office building located in Gdansk, whose architectural design was created by the medusa group studio. The building provides nearly 25,000 sqm of office space to the local market. There are also plans to build a second office building. Then the entire complex will offer about 48,000 sqm of work space. Tenants will have parking spaces for cars, an electric vehicle charging station and bicycle facilities.
