Details of the under construction second phase of the Centrum Południe building have been presented. The Wroclaw complex is an investment by Skanska.
The second stage of the Centrum Południe complex is currently under construction. Skanska, the company responsible for the investment, recently revealed details of the construction of the second building included in the complex. The design for the second part of the project calls for the office building to rise 13 stories high and provide the local market with some 21,500 sqm of space. The building is being constructed in accordance with the guidelines of multiple certifications: LEED Core&Shell, WELL Core&Shell, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Barrier-Free Facility.
Centrum Południe is a Warsaw office complex consisting of five buildings, offering approximately 85,000 sqm of high-end space. The facility includes both office and retail and service units. The complex is equipped with many amenities for tenants, including parking spaces for cars, extensive infrastructure for cyclists and charging stations for electric vehicles. The building also features a number of green areas, which provide attractive relaxation zones for tenants.
