The four office buildings that make up Warsaw's Jerozolimskie Business Park complex have been sold. The buyer is a joint venture between Rida Development Corp. and Mack Real Estate Group.
Jerozolimskie Business Park is the first office complex to be built in Warsaw. Its construction was completed in 1997. The building complex includes four office buildings, which offer a total of about 16,000 sqm of leasable space. Located at 146 Jerozolimskie Avenue, the complex has recently undergone extensive modernization. Office space in the buildings is leased by companies such as Nowa Era Publishing House, PGNiG and Intel Technologies.
The office buildings in the complex were purchased from a financial investor by a joint venture of Rida Development Corp. and Mack Real Estate Group. The manager of the complex will be Apollo-Rida Poland, the Polish branch of Rida Development Corp. This branch was established in the early 1990s and manages investments of more than 1,000,000 sqm.
