The Warsaw UNIT office building project has been completed. A new and main tenant of the building - the insurance company Warta, whose logo hung on the top of the building some time ago, has moved in.
The office space of the modern Warsaw UNIT building is gradually filling up. Its main tenant - the insurance company Warta - has just moved in. The company's employees have at their disposal about 20,000 sqm of space spread over the building's 13 floors, with the company's logo on top.
Warsaw UNIT is a modern office building located in Warsaw's Wola district on Daszyńskiego Street. It was put into operation this year and has high-end office space of around 57,000 sqm. In addition, the building also provides space for retail and service establishments. An additional advantage of the building is the above-ground and underground car parking present there. The office building has already been awarded certificates from the International WELL Building Institute and the Green Building Standard, and is now seeking to receive more, including BREEAM and the WELL Health-Safety Rating.
