Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper has gained a new tenant. Colonnade Insurance S.A., a company operating in the non-life insurance industry, will move into the building.
A new tenant will move into Warsaw's Skyliner skyscraper already in the first quarter of next year. Colonnade Insurance S.A., a company operating in the non-life insurance industry, providing services to individual and corporate clients, has decided to open its headquarters in the modern building. The new tenant will occupy approximately 1,500 sqm of the Warsaw facility.
Skyliner is a skyscraper located in Warsaw at Daszyńskiego Roundabout. The building has become known as the tallest building in the capital due to its height of 165 meters. The skyscraper provides the local market with approximately 45,000 sqm of office space, as well as retail and food and beverage. Additional features of the building include a parking lot for more than 400 cars and a two-level Skybar overlooking the city skyline. The skyscraper has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.
