One of the tallest skyscrapers in Warsaw - Skyliner - has received another certificate confirming the use of environmentally friendly solutions in the building. This time it was awarded by innogy Polska S.A. of the E.ON Group. for purchasing green energy, which comes from wind farms.
Skyliner is a Warsaw office skyscraper which, due to its particular use of environmentally friendly solutions, has already been awarded a BREEAM certificate, receiving the highest possible rating - Excellent. It has also recently been certified by innogy Polska S.A. of the E.ON Group due to its purchase of green energy from RES installations. This means that Skyliner will be 100 percent powered by energy from renewable sources, such as onshore wind farms.
Skyliner is one of the most recognizable buildings in the capital. It was located at Daszyński Roundabout and has gained an impressive height of 165 meters and 42 floors. The building provides the local market with about 45,000 sqm of leasable space for offices, food and beverage or retail. A large underground parking lot is available to tenants, and an additional asset of the skyscraper is the two-story Skybar, from which one can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the city.
