The investment to revitalize Warsaw's Norblin Factory has ended. The building will be gradually filled by more tenants, who are already preparing to move in.
After almost four years, the revitalization of the buildings of the former Norblin Factory has been completed. The building is ready for use and now the first tenants will gradually move in. Now work is still underway to adapt the space to the requirements of building users. In addition, the facility will house a number of cultural institutions, such as a cinema, art gallery, museum, as well as other establishments, such as cafes, restaurants, a pharmacy and a drugstore.
Norblin Factory is a unique Warsaw facility that offers 41,000 sqm of high-end office space. The complex is located on Zelazna, Prosta and Lucka streets. Additional amenities of the building include a large underground parking garage and an attractive location. The architectural design was created by PRC Architekci studio, and the general contractor was Warbud SA.
