Warsaw's LIXA C office building with serviced offices from Rise.pl

One of the leaders among companies providing serviced offices in Poland is opening its new location in Warsaw. The modern co-working space will be built in the ready-made LIXA C office building.

A lease was recently signed at the modern LIXA C office building, which covers the entire fifth floor in the building and will last for 10 years. Tenants will be provided with state-of-the-art design solutions and properly tailored work space to suit their diverse needs. Thus, only about a dozen percent of the available office space in the entire building remains to be leased.

LIXA is an office development from Yareal. It will consist of a total of five buildings, whose total area will reach 77,000 sqm. To date, the first three office buildings have been built, providing approximately 48,000 sqm of workspace to the local market. The development also offers tenants a number of amenities, such as underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure, for example. The architectural design of the complex was created by the HRA studio.
