The Forest office complex in Warsaw has distinguished itself from Polish investments with another modern environmentally friendly solution. Its facade was covered with special energy-saving glass.
One of the largest investments in Warsaw, expected to be completed by the end of this year, has applied a particularly environmentally friendly solution. The facade of the Forest complex will be covered with special energy-saving glass. This solution will allow even better access of light to the building's interiors, while a triple silver coating will both limit the penetration of the sun's overly intense rays in summer and protect against heat loss during the heating season.
The Forest complex has earned a reputation as one of the most environmentally friendly facilities in Poland. This is confirmed by the BREEAM, BREEAM Communities and WELL certificates it has obtained, as well as the solutions it has applied, such as the creation of many green areas, places for insects and birds, for growing plants and using rainwater. The entire Forest complex will deliver a total of about 78,000 sqm of space to the market. The development of the building complex will be arranged in a C-shape, and additional features include underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists.
