Warsaw's Postępu 14 office building has been sold, with the building going into the hands of Austrian company CA Immo for around PLN 400 million.
The office building located at 14 Postępu Street, from which it took its name, has changed hands. HB Reavis, which was responsible for constructing the building, has made a major deal with CA Immo. The previous owner sold the office building for nearly 87 million euros. From now on, the building is owned by an Austrian company that has been present on the Polish market for 20 years.
The Postępu 14 building is a Warsaw landmark with 10 floors, providing around 34,500 sqm of leasable space to the local market since 2015. The first floor of the building has been dedicated to retail and service units. Ground and underground parking spaces are also available to tenants. The office building also uses a number of nature-friendly solutions, which has been confirmed by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. The building was designed by HRA Architekci studio.
