Warsaw Forest one of the most attractive properties for new tenants

Another company is leasing office space in Warsaw's Forest office complex. Home appliance manufacturer Vorwerk is moving into the facility and will create a training center there.

Vorwerk is a manufacturer of household appliances and Jafra brand cosmetics. The company has more than 130 years of tradition, and has been present in Poland for more than 25 years. The company has decided to create a special training center in Warsaw, which will be located on the second floor of the modern Forest office complex. The company will occupy about 700 sqm of the facility's space.

The Forest complex is a unique investment, which has distinguished itself from other Warsaw facilities by its special care for the environment thanks to the use of many environmentally friendly solutions in the buildings. Among others, there are numerous green areas, terraces, plant cultivation or areas designed for insects and birds. The building, which is expected to be ready later this year, provides the local market with approximately 78,000 sqm of workspace. In addition, underground parking spaces and bicycle infrastructure are available for tenants' use.
