Warsaw Brewery hailed as world's best urban regeneration

Echo Investment received the MAPIC Awards 2022 in the Best Urban Regeneration category for the Warsaw Brewery.

Years ago, the country's most famous beer was brewed here. Currently, it is a well-designed place where historical and modern architecture, private and public spaces, greenery and buildings interact. The revitalization concept, integration with the city, the ecological solutions applied and the innovations introduced at Browary Warszawskie have been recognized by the international Jury of MAPIC Awards. The awards are given during the MAPIC commercial real estate fair in Cannes. This year, Browary Warszawskie was the only Polish project nominated in the competition, and in its category it competed with investments from France and Spain. In addition to office space designed in accordance with the latest trends, more than 1,000 apartments both for sale and for rent, Browary Warszawskie attracts with open, green public spaces and a well-curated food and entertainment offer. In 2021, 26 food and beverage concepts opened here, including Food Hall Browary, popular with Varsovians. The Brewery has become a meeting place of choice for businesses, Warsaw residents, tourists, celebrities and influencers alike.
