One of the tenants in Katowice's .KTW II office building has decided to extend its lease in the building. In addition, it will increase the space it occupies. LKQ Europe is expanding its office and team.
LKQ Europe, a company that distributes spare parts for cars, vans and industrial vehicles, will remain a tenant in the .KTW II office building in Katowice for a longer period of time. What's more, the company has also decided to increase the work space it occupies. Until now, the company's headquarters was located on 450 sqm of space. As of 2023, the space will increase fivefold.
The .KTW II office tower is a 133-meter-tall building offering about 42,000 sqm of leasable space. The office building is part of a larger complex in Katowice, which will provide about 60,000 sqm for lease to the local market. In addition to offices, it will include retail and service units. A number of amenities will be available to the building's tenants, including a medical center, underground car parking and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
