Unusual office building in the center of Rzeszow

An office building with an unusual shape will be built in Rzeszow's inner city. Corner Point is scheduled for completion in late 2022 or early 2023.

The Corner Point office building will be built at the intersection of Lisa-Kula, Zygmuntowska and Moniuszki streets in Rzeszow. The building will attract attention with its unusual shape of the block. This is because in order to improve acoustic comfort, a characteristic arched outline of the walls has been used. The shape of the facade, meanwhile, is intended to minimize overheating of rooms and increase energy efficiency of the office building. The six-story building will offer 6,950 sqm of leasable space. MWM Architekci is responsible for the architectural design of the office building.

Corner Point will provide tenants with a two-level underground garage. The building will also be LEED Gold certified, confirming the use of solutions to reduce energy consumption. As announced by the investor, Lemax, the office building will be completed in late 2022/early 2023.
