Two new tenants in Warsaw's Forest office complex

The group of tenants in the Forest office complex in Warsaw is growing. Two companies have recently joined it - a confidential tenant and AmeriGas. Together they will occupy 5,700 sqm of office space.

Warsaw's Forest office complex continues to attract more tenants. This time two companies have decided to lease space in the facility, one of which is a confidential tenant and the other is AmeriGas. Together their headquarters will occupy 5,700 sqm of modern office space available in one building.

Forest is one of the most recognizable buildings in Warsaw. Compared to other buildings in the city and the country, it stands out for its particular commitment to environmentally friendly solutions. The building offers a total of about 78,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, tenants of the complex will be able to use above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure. The Forest building boasts BREEAM Communities certification, as well as WELL and BREEAM pre-certifications.
