Transcom will have its new office in Officyna, a newly built office building in Gdansk. The deal is for over 1,700 sqm of space, which will serve the tenant for 5 years.
Transcom, an international company operating in the customer service, technical support and sales markets, with around 28,000 employees in more than 20 countries, has decided to move its headquarters to the newly built Officyna office building in Gdansk. The company's new office occupies about 1,700 sqm of the first phase of the development.
Officyna is a complex of two office buildings located on Grunwaldzka Street in Gdansk. The newly constructed building was built in two stages and provides the market with about 12,300 sqm of leasable space. It also provides tenants with above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle facilities and a terrace. The Officyna complex has been awarded LEED Gold certification, and the architectural design of the building was created by APA Wojciechowski Architekci studio.
