Cavatina Holding has signed a preliminary agreement to sell three office buildings. Lone Star Funds will now take possession of Wroclaw's Carbon Tower and the two Krakow buildings Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office.
Nearly 66,000 sqm of new lease space has gone into the possession of Lone Star Funds. The partner will become the official owner of three new office buildings by the end of this year: Carbon Tower from Wroclaw, and Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office from Krakow. Until now, Cavatina Holding was the owner of the buildings. However, a preliminary agreement for the sale of the office buildings was recently signed.
The Krakow office buildings sold, Ocean Office Park A and Tischnera Office, provide about 13,000 sqm and 34,000 sqm of space, respectively. Wrocław's Carbon Tower office building offers about 19,000 sqm of Class A workspace. All buildings provide essential amenities for their tenants, such as above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
